The Purpose Driven Life Chapter 8

I could start saying grace before meals but I suppose I am afraid of feeling hypocritical like I did a bit when I went with my friend to a Friday night worship session. Also, I would rather think of thanking God than Jesus. I am a little confused about whether God and Jesus are synonymous for Christians.
